How to Reach Us

The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@pepperandmoss.us. We aim to respond to every message within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday. Messages received over the weekend or on holidays will be answered on the next business day.

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include the following when you write to us about an order:

  • Your order number
  • The name used on the order
  • The email address used at checkout

Order Status & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you have not received tracking information within a few business days of ordering, or if your tracking number is not updating, email us at support@pepperandmoss.us with your order number and we will look into it right away.
